With 12+ years in the Information Technology industry, I have built my career around software development, Artificial Intelligence, enterprise technology, and technical education.
I hold a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science and have worked as a Corporate Professor, Technical Trainer, AI Consultant and Software Development Professional.
For more than 8 years I have specialised in Artificial Intelligence — designing, developing and deploying AI Agents, AI Chatbots, Enterprise Applications, Business Automation Systems and Generative AI Solutions for clients across India and international markets.
As a HackerRank Ranker, I bring deep expertise in coding, software architecture and building scalable enterprise applications.
During my journey I saw a real gap — talented students graduating with theoretical knowledge but lacking practical, industry-ready experience.
To bridge that gap, I founded Pranmay NextGen Career (PNGC) — a place where students learn by building real software, solving actual business problems, and working with the technologies leading companies use today.
